When I recently started working again after 3 years of maternity break, little did I know I will turn into a vTEST-maniac so soon. And this transformation is all thanks to our enthusiastic team of testers at vTEST. Helmed by a brilliant go-getter – our “Chief Testomaniac” Shak – vTEST is convincingly one of the 20 Most Promising QA & Testing Service Providers offering a wide range of SW testing practices.
vTEST atmosphere is always super charged with test elements – be it test planning, test cases, test execution or slippery software bugs! And, if you are a true tester – you can feel this ‘test-electricity’ the moment you step in vTEST office. Multiple teams work on diverse domains and processes including Manual testing, Performance testing, Automation testing, Endurance testing and so on. For new testers like me, there’s a well-defined ramp up plan to onboard and let the tester in you smoothly take off to ‘testing’ altitudes. We are extremely agile; work on extremely customized client formats and use perhaps ALL the test tools and
technologies a tester might have ever heard of (PS: depending, of course, on the project and/or client). This is what I call ‘extreme testing’ and this is what makes life at vTEST exciting. We work with diverse client teams across the globe and share best practices seamlessly within vTEST. This enriches both us test maniacs and our clients who benefit from our very own frugal testing methodologies – some of which are based on using open source testing tools for client ROI maximization. We don’t just test – we vTEST. Neither do we rest – our practices help us turn every ticket around in the fastest possible time, catch defects early in the development cycle and not let a single defect leak into production – build after build, release after release.
Beyond testing, our test maniacs have a whale of social time with very employee friendly policies; vibrant employee engagement calendar (including CSR activities) and daily food testing festivals – sometimes led by our Chief Testomaniac who is also happens to be a Biryani connoisseur.
I think I have now confessed every bit that makes me a vTEST maniac! Stay tuned for more test insights in my next blog.
